Test My Tap offers a digital water testing service that enables users to purchase testing packages and schedule at-home sample collection by licensed third-party professionals. We are a remote-based business operating in the United States only.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information

  • Ensure accessibility for the specialist to collect water

  • Use test results solely for informational purposes

  • Not resell, redistribute, or manipulate results

  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

  • We do not provide water treatment services.

  • Test results are for informational use only and do not constitute health or remediation advice.

  • Test My Tap is not liable for test accuracy, technician performance, sample collection errors, or downstream usage of results.

  • We are a lead generation and facilitation platform and do not collect samples or conduct lab work ourselves.

4. Refund Policy
  • You may request a full refund only prior to sample collection.
  • Once a technician has completed the visit, no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds are given based on test results.
  • Refunds must be requested in writing via help@testmytap.com.
5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, icons, and written material are the intellectual property of Test My Tap, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test My Tap, LLC. and its affiliates, directors, officers, and partners disclaim any liability for:

  • Damages of any kind arising from use of our services

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your information

  • Actions of third-party providers or laboratories

  • Any health or property impact from your water quality

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Test My Tap, LLC., its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Users agree to waive class actions and resolve disputes individually.
