Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

If you're buying or selling a home, the Closing Package meets typical mortgage requirements.
For additional concerns or specific contaminants, you can add on individual tests for added peace of mind.

How does testing work?
Select your preferred package and any add-ons, then check out online. We'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a quick home visit with a certified water lab technician who will collect your sample. That takes less than a few minutes! Once tested, your results will be delivered digitally along with expert guidance and recommendations based on your water's findings. Please note: we do not offer water treatment services to ensure there’s no conflict of interest.
How often should I test my water?
Private wells should be tested once a year, or anytime there’s a change in taste, color, odor, or after major home plumbing or well repairs.
How long does it take to get results?
Turnaround time is typically 10 to 14 business days after we receive your sample, depending on the package/add-on tests.
Is PFAS included in the water test?
PFAS is not included in our standard packages. It is available as a separate add-on test and covers 25 PFAS compounds.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on any order prior to water sample collection. Once a certified technician has collected your sample, the test is non-refundable. Please note we do not offer refunds based on test results.
